Description
The Septem Dilemma has a brown color with bright orange hues and a compact head of long duration. The slow aging, for 8 months in new oak French barrels, balances the impressive aromas of biscuit, caramel, sweet bergamot with vanilla and dried fruit. The beer is round in the mouth. The fairly high alcohol percentage and the 75 degrees of bitterness are excellently balanced with the sweetness and full taste.
